6 Watt Weatherproof Ceiling Speaker

This ceiling loudspeaker has been developed to offer a flush mount ceiling option where a degree of ingress protection against moisture is required. This loudspeaker has ingress protection to IP55 and is capable of withstanding low pressure jets of water from hose pipes. This makes the unit ideal for applications such as food processing plants where regular hosing of the entire room is required. The unit is constructed from rugged UL94V0 ABS and utilises a sealed rear enclosure with glanded cable tail to retain its IP integrity. The system employs a 4” full range polypropylene driver for exceptional response characteristics. The non shedding properties of the driver unit and IP rating also makes the system ideal for use in ‘clean-room’ environments. The unit has a simple push fit system for ease of install. Units are finished in brilliant white (RAL9016).
